Who We Are

Kelly founded the Law Office of Kelly Weiner in 2013 to offer a better attorney/client experience through personal attention and practical legal solutions. Prior to forming the firm, she practiced at Foley & Lardner LLP, Morgan, Lewis & Bockius and Nixon Peabody LLP. She received her undergraduate degree from the University of Rochester in 1999 and her JD from Emory University School of Law in 2004.

Elissa is a senior paralegal who has been assisting clients with intellectual property and general corporate matters for more than 15 years. Prior firms include Greenberg Traurig LLP and Dickinson Wright PLLC, Stinson Morrison Heckler and Snell & Wilmer L.L.P. Elissa also spent two years with Village Voice Media. Because she has the unique mix of both in house and law firm experience, she understands the practical business-related issues that her clients face and understands how to communicate effectively with entrepreneurs and small business owners, as well as seasoned executives.
